Experience

Melissa joined MDG as the New Business Administrator in 2011 and progressed through to the role of Office Manager before going on Maternity Leave in March 2015.

Since her return to work and starting her new role, Melissa mainly assists the Management Team with ongoing projects, produces ad-hoc reports to assist IFAs and, once new business applications have been processed, Melissa makes regular contact with life offices to check progress and ensure that all requirements are fulfilled in order for applications to complete smoothly.

Melissa is also responsible for IT and intranet audits; maintaining the accuracy of client information and assisting the Management Team on daily tasks when required.
